Brick Flats mobile storage is glad to announce that we've added Climate Controlled units to our rental fleet.

We all know how a standard shipping container has drastic changes in temperature and humidity our Climate control units will keep the valuable materials inside at a preset temperature year around. Anything from residential, commerical, retail, electronics, pharmaceutical, hospitals,etc.

Our Climate controlled units are built out of standard shipping containers framed & insulated with r13 insulation in ceilings and walls, with a Bard wall hung HVAC unit to control the temperature and humidity on the interior.The unit will require a 240v 30amp circuit minimum. We have also added a 46" side door that does not comprise the security of the unit, and big enough to allow easy loading and unloading of the unit.

Features include 16 gauge steel construction - R 13 insulation in walls & ceiling - Heavy duty marine grade wood flooring - 1 ton Bard HVAC unit - 6 -20amp duplex receptacles - 2 - 8' HO fluorescent fixtures - 46" high security side door.
